Girls Regional Squad (9 Hours) Mon, Wed, Sat
Our Regional Squad is for 7+ year old girls who are demonstrating remarkable ability, potential, and commitment to succeed in women’s artistic gymnastics.
Regional Squad gymnasts train towards progressive development of advanced gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and range and conditioning, with the goal to take part in regular Women’s Artistic gymnastics competition, such as the West Midlands Club and Regional Grades, and the West Midlands Voluntary Levels.
The squad trains for 7 hours per week, split over 3 sessions, with the stipulation for gymnasts to take part in an additional 2 hour physical preparation session once a week. Membership is by invitation only, with gymnasts being selected from our development squads, our advanced recreational classes, and our club squad.
