Teens & Adults

You are never too old to set a new goal, or be fit and healthy. Make the time to try one of our Young Adult, Adult, or GymFit Classes.

While you may have heard about the great gymnastics opportunities we offer for children in our community, you may be interested to learn that we are just as passionate and committed about offering sporting opportunities for teenagers and adults!

As gymnasts reach their teens, many of them unfortunately are lost to the sport. At NGC however, we have made it our mission to make it as easy and fun as possible for our teenage gymnasts to stay involved in the sport.

Not only that, but we also offer opportunities for complete newcomers to the sports at all ages with our fantastic adult gymnastics classes. And our offer doesn’t end there. If gymnastics itself isn’t what you’re after, we also offer a brand-new GymFit class that is based around aerobics style exercise to music.

Our Teen & Adult Sessions

Young Adults (Teenagers only)

Aimed at experienced gymnasts with previous ability, who wish to continue to develop their skills, but at a more relaxed pace and with competitions being an optional extra that is not required.

The sessions are more relaxed and gymnasts will have full use of the club’s facilities including our sprung floor, vault, bars, beam, fast track and foam pits. In addition, gymnasts will be encouraged to maintain and develop their overall body fitness, strength and flexibility.

Young Adults is available to teenagers who have previous gymnastics experience.

Adult Gymnastics (16+ years)

Looking to get fit with a challenge that is different from your average run of the treadmill gym session? Why not give gymnastics a go?

These sessions are relaxed and informal for complete beginners or former gymnasts looking to brush up on skills. An excellent way to stay fit and active and improve your mobility, stamina and overall health. Coaches will guide you on a range of equipment including vault, bars, beam, rings and track.

Adults is available to participants aged 16+ years, both with and without previous gymnastics experience. Come along and give it a go. Bring a friend or partner if you like (safety in numbers). The first session is a free taster!
