Here at Nuneaton Gymnastics Club have made it our mission to offer a fantastic set of general gymnastics for children who want to enjoy a great gymnastics experience for one or two hours a week.
Our gymnastics classes provide an opportunity for girls and boys to explore and develop their general gymnastic skills in a fun and safe environment, whilst gaining confidence, social skills and making new friends. Gymnasts will develop their strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and general fitness, with full use of the club’s excellent recreational and competition apparatus – including our sprung floor, fast track, foam pits, bars, beams, parallel bars, mushroom, rings and vault.
Classes are run by a competent team of qualified, dedicated and determined coaches, young leaders and volunteers, including a large number of former and current gymnasts. All members of our team pride themselves on helping children of all ability levels achieve their own, individual goals.
At NGC, all our gymnasts work towards achieving badges and certificates, with regular assessments every four months to document their progress and achievements.
In addition, all gymnasts taking part in our recreational classes are offered the opportunity to compete in our Annual Club Competition – a fantastic day with lots of fun for gymnasts and spectators alike!
Our general gymnastics classes are open to girls and boys from 4+ years. Please note that children must be in reception before they start.
